Return Policy

Online Purchase Returns

You may return your web order within 14 days from the ship date at the store of your choice or by mail as long as the following criteria has been met: unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached. Online purchases may be returned at Alberta, Kelowna, Winnipeg and Saskatoon stores only. Upon inspection, if the garment meets all criteria within the specified time frame; a refund or a store credit may be issued. If a refund is approved, it will be refunded in the original payment. There will not be any refunds or credits on Final Sale items.

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. All shipping costs, including return costs, are non-refundable. Please find the return address on the packing list.


For all returns:

  • Items must not be washed, worn, altered or damaged

  • All original tags must be attached

  • You must present a valid receipt/proof of purchase (Order Confirmation Email/ Receipt)

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items marked at 50% off or greater

  • Intimate apparel and accessories

  • Face masks

  • Seasonal items, food, and body care products

Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made from November 12, 2021 - December 24, 2021 can be exchanged (for store credit) by January 9, 2022 with receipt.

Excludes final sale, jewelry, seasonal items, food, and body care products.


Final Sale

We are unable to provide exchanges, refunds or store credit for items indicated as "final sale" (sale items marked at 50% off or greater) at checkout.  This also includes items purchased with BLISS loyalty points or portion of items purchased with loyalty points.  


Gift Receipt

Items with a gift receipt may be exchanged for store credit for up to 14 days from the purchase date (for in-store purchases) or the ship date (for online purchases).


Returns with Loyalty Points

Once loyalty points are applied to a purchase, we are not able to return the loyalty points and all items purchased are considered final sale.


Gift Cards

Gift cards are not refundable. E-gift cards purchased on are only valid at Bellissima Fashions stores in Kelowna, Alberta, Saskatoon and Winnipeg and online at



Orders purchased via PayPal will only be eligible for a store credit after we have received the items within the 14 day return time frame and approved the return. If items paid for by PayPal are returned to the store and all conditions are met, you will be able to exchange the items or get store credit.


Online Exchanges/Modifications

We are not able to offer exchanges online. We recommend returning your order and placing a new order online.


Price Adjustments

Like many retailers, we do not offer price adjustments for online or in-store purchases. Our promotions cannot be applied towards previous purchases.  You can return your order and place a new order online.  Please note that return shipping and postage is the responsibility of the customer.  


*The above return policy only applies to Alberta, Kelowna, Winnipeg and Saskatoon stores.

*Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at British Columbia store locations (excluding Kelowna).
