Holiday Return Policy

Eligible purchases made from November 1 - December 24, 2023 for Christmas gifts can be exchanged (for store credit) by January 14, 2024 with gift receipt. This excludes final sale item, please see below for return eligibility. *Some exclusions apply. 


This return policy only applies to Alberta, Kelowna, Winnipeg, and Saskatoon stores and web orders on For returns, a refund, exchange or store credit may be issued, depending on the original form of payment.

Web Orders

Orders paid through Paypal must be returned by mail. Our stores are not able to accept Paypal returns at this time. 
Orders paid with credit card can be returned in-store or by mail.

Our team will locate your file and determine if the items are eligible for a return. Once approved, items can be returned to one of our stores or by mail. All web order returns must be approved through an email from [email protected].


Bring your approval email, eligible items and proof of purchase to any of our  Alberta, Kelowna, Winnipeg, and Saskatoon stores. Check our Store Locations


Once our team has located and reviewed your file, we will provide further instructions on the return process. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to send the items back to our warehouse. 


In Store Purchases

Bring your eligible items and proof of purchase to any of our  Alberta, Kelowna, Winnipeg, and Saskatoon stores. Check our Store Locations


Refunds, Exchanges or Store Credit

Refunds: When an item is eligible for a refund, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Once a refund has been issued please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or in your Paypal account. 

Returns with Loyalty Points: Once loyalty points are applied to a purchase, we are not able to return the loyalty points and all items purchased are considered final sale even in situations where loyalty points were applied as partial payment.

Exchanges: We are not able to offer exchanges online. You can however visit any of our stores to exchange your item as long as all the conditions for return are met. Check our Store Locations.

Gift Receipt: Items with a gift receipt may be exchanged for store credit for up to 14 days from the purchase date (for in-store purchases) or the ship date (for online purchases).

Gift Cards: Gift cards are not refundable. E-gift cards purchased on are only valid at Bellissima Fashions Ltd. stores in Kelowna, Alberta, Saskatoon and Winnipeg and online at

Returns without a receipt :We are unable to provide exchanges, refunds or store credit for any items without an accompanying receipt. If the item is purchased and associated with an account – and all return conditions are met, then you will be offered a store credit that does not expire. No refunds will be provided.

Price Adjustments:Like many retailers, we do not offer price adjustments for online or in-store purchases. Our promotions cannot be applied towards previous purchases. Please note that return shipping and postage is the responsibility of the customer.
