Shopping Information

How much does shipping cost?

We are offering FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within Canada on all online orders of $100 and more, after applied discounts and before taxes. No coupon code is necessary. The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for all eligible orders. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you submit your order. 

  • NO SHIPPING COST if you select "ship to store"

  • Canada orders (under $100) - Flat rate $15 shipping fee

  • All US orders - Flat rate $25 shipping fee

When can I expect my order to ship?

Processing and dispatching orders can take between 7-10 business days. We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

When can I expect my order is ready to pick up at store?

Orders can take between 7-10 business days to process. You will receive a call from the store you selected when your order is ready for pick up within that time frame.

When will my order be delivered?

Please note that shipping times do not include processing time - orders generally take 5-7 days to be processed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We do our best to move quickly and so does our courier!

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email notification confirming shipment from Canada Post. (be sure to check your spam folder). Check your tracking here.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information from Canada Post (be sure to check your spam folder).

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes! orders shipped to PO boxes are sent via Canada Post. 

Do you ship outside Canada?

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time, except the US.

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to orders after they have been submitted.

The good news? You can return your order by mail or in store as soon as you receive your package. 

For order cancellations, please email sales@bellissimafashions.com ASAP before we ship out your order, or the shipping fee might not be refunded. 

How do I know when my order is ready to pick up at the store?

You will receive a call from the store you selected when your order is ready for pick up.

Are the online prices/promotions the same as in store?

Since we have exclusive in store and online offers, prices sometimes differ. Please note that online prices cannot be matched in store.

 

Online Purchase Returns

What is Bellissima's return policy? 

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return. For regular-priced and sale merchandise (less than 50% off) returned within 14 days of the ship date, a refund will be issued to the original form of credit card payment at the original selling price. This return policy only applies to Alberta, Kelowna, Winnipeg, and Saskatoon stores. 

*We do not accept returns or exchanges on accessories, face masks, or any other product marked "final sale" (merchandise that is 50% off or more). Please visit our Return Policy page for more information.

 

How can I return my online order? 

You may return your web order at the store of your choice or by mail. Online purchases may be returned at Alberta, Kelowna, Winnipeg, and Saskatoon stores. 

 

Returning In Store: Please bring the item(s) you wish to return or exchange unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags, along with your order confirmation email (this is your official eReceipt). A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Check our Store Locations.

 

Returns By Mail: Package the unworn, unwashed items with the original tags securely in the original product packaging if possible. Please fill out in the packing list to indicate the reason for the return with your order confirmation and put it inside your package. Affix the appropriate postage on the return package and mail it through your preferred postal carrier. For return inquiries, please email sales@bellissimafashions.com with your order #, name and contact details

*Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. 

 

How can I get the refund if I paid by PayPal?

Our stores cannot credit PayPal at this time. However, we will refund your purchase through store credit which can be used in store. 

 

How can I ship an online return? 

Please email sales@bellissimafashions.com for the return address you can ship to. Be sure to have your package postmarked and sent off within 14 days of your Shipping Confirmation. 

 

Are shipping fees refundable? 

All shipping costs, including for returns, are non-refundable. 

 

When will I receive the refund for my return? 

Once your item has been returned, please allow approximately 7-10 business days to process your credit. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional few days for the refund to be fully processed to your account. 

 

Can I get a price adjustment if the price of an item goes on sale or on promotion? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments for online/in-store purchases. Our promotions cannot be applied towards previous purchases.
