I have questions about my online order. Who do I contact?

Can I get a price adjustment if the price of an item goes on sale or on promotion?

 

Like many retailers, we do not offer price adjustments for online/in-store purchases. Our promotions cannot be applied towards previous purchases.

 

 

How can I return my online order?

If you purchased on the Bellissima Fashions website then you can return your items at any of the stores in Alberta, Kelowna, Winnipeg, and Saskatoon.  Returns are accepted if specific conditions are met: 

Within 14 days of shipping date

Merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and all the tags are intact.

The merchandise is not discounted 50% or greater.

If an item is final sale – we are not able to offer a refund, store credit or exchange.

We are unable to accept returns purchased on the serenawest website.

 

Returning In Store

 

Please bring the item(s) you wish to return or exchange within the 14-day time period: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags attached, along with your order confirmation email (this is your official eReceipt). A refund, exchange or store credit may be issued. Check our Store Locations.

 

Returning By Mail

 

If you change your mind (the item is NOT a final sale) and it has been less than 14 days since date of shipping:  please reach out to our ecommerce team:  [email protected] to get an authorized return.  Email is the best form of communication however it is not monitored over the weekends or on holidays. Please attach or reference your order number, the date of receipt and your full name and contact details.  Once our team has located and reviewed your file, we will provide further instructions on the return process.  Items not returnable include, accessories, face masks, intimate apparel, seasonal items, food, body care products, candles, jewelry or any other product marked "final sale" (merchandise that is 50% off or greater).

 

How can I get the refund if I paid by PayPal?

 

Our stores cannot credit PayPal at this time. However, we are happy to issue a store credit which can be used in store.

 

Are shipping fees refundable?

 

All shipping costs, including for returns, are non-refundable.

 

When will I receive the refund for my return?

 

Once your item has been received at our Head Office and approved for a return, please allow approximately 7-10 business days to process your credit. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional days for the refund to be fully processed to your account.
